Any shipping damage, shortage, defective or incorrect items must be reported to Hathcoat Studios within 3 days of receipt. No credit, exchanges, returns or adjustments will be given or allowed after this period. In case of damage, save the broken item, box and all packing material (Some shippers, such as United Parcel Service will not allow a loss claim without the box, item and packing material). Notify the shipper and call or notify in writing Hathcoat Studios immediately.
